Refund and Return Policy

1. Defective or damaged products

Lo Vetro Farm is committed to ensuring the quality of every product shipped.
If the Customer receives a defective, damaged, or non-compliant item, he or she must report it within 5 days of delivery by sending an email to aziendalovetro@outlook.it, attaching a description of the problem and, if possible, a photo of the product and packaging.

After verification, the Customer will be able to choose between:

  • Replacement of the product, if available, or

  • Full refund of the amount paid, including initial shipping costs.

2. Right of withdrawal and food products

As required by Article 59 of the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005), the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised on opened, used, or perishable food products, such as extra virgin olive oil.

Refunds are therefore only available if:

  • The product has not been opened or damaged;

  • The original packaging is intact;

  • The refund request was submitted within 14 days of delivery.

3. Refund methods

Once the returned product has been received and inspected, the Company will process the refund within 7 working days, using the same payment method chosen by the Customer at the time of purchase.

In the case of partial returns or multiple orders, only the amount relating to the returned items will be refunded.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer, except in the case of an error attributable to the Company.

4. Undelivered or lost shipments

If the shipment is lost or undelivered due to reasons attributable to the courier or the Company, the Customer will be entitled to a full refund or free reshipment of the ordered product.
