2. Object
The site allows the online purchase of extra virgin olive oil and other agricultural products from the Lo Vetro Farm.
These conditions govern the sale of products to end users (hereinafter “Customers”).
3. Prices and Payments
All prices are expressed in Euros (€) and include VAT.
Shipping costs are shown separately at checkout.
Payments can be made using the methods available on the platform (e.g. credit card, PayPal, or bank transfer).
The order is considered completed only after payment confirmation.
4. Shipping and Delivery
Shipments are made throughout Italy and Europe.
Delivery times vary from 3 to 7 working days depending on the destination.
In case of delay or problems in delivery, the Customer will be informed promptly.
5. Right of Withdrawal
The Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of delivery of the product, without penalty and without having to indicate the reason, by communicating it via email to aziendalovetro@outlook.it.
The refund will be made after receipt of the intact product, net of return shipping costs.
6. Defective or Damaged Products
In the event of a defective or damaged product, the Customer must report the problem within 5 days of delivery, attaching any photos.
The Company will replace or refund the product.
7. Responsibility
Azienda Agricola Lo Vetro is not responsible for any indirect or consequential damages resulting from the use of purchased products or from the malfunction of the website.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this site (text, images, logos, and trademarks) is the exclusive property of Azienda Agricola Lo Vetro and is protected by copyright laws.
Any unauthorized reproduction or use is prohibited.
9. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These conditions are governed by Italian law.
The Court of Agrigento has jurisdiction over any dispute.
10. Changes to the Terms
